You may initiate a return of new, unused items, within 30 days from your order date, for a full refund, less shipping. We will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (ex: you received an incorrect decal, etc.).
Once you've initiated your return request it must be authorized by our Returns Dept before you mail it back in. You will receive notification of authorization via a email sent from us. This ensures a smooth transition of us receiving the return and you receiving your refund. Once approved, you must mail the decal(s) to us within 10 days. Items not received within 10 days may be denied a return.
*NOTE: Not applicable to custom orders or personalized items, including but not limited to, custom sizes, custom colours, custom text, names, logos, monograms, and signs unless faulty. Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned. A replacement decal may be ordered at a discount at the discretion of One Stop Graphics Shop.
